Ingredients:
- 1 lb. chicken breast
- 2 tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup shrimp paste
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 tsp crush pepper
- 1/2 tbsp. sugar
- cooking oil
Cooking Procedure:
- Sear the chicken in the cooking pot until slightly brown. Set aside.
- Heat another cooking pot and pour in the cooking oil.
- Saute the garlic, onion and tomatoes.
- Add the seared chicken and stir to blend.
- Add the shrimp paste. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 15 minutes more or until the liquid is reduced.
- Serve and enjoy!
