Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 pieces bay leaves
- ½ kilo chicken liver
- 1 tsp whole peppercorn
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup vinegar
Cooking Procedure:
- Heat cooking pot, add the cooking oil and sauté the garlic and onion.
- Add the atay ng manok and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Put the bay leaves, peppercorns, soy sauce and vinegar. Cover the cooking pot. Let it boil. Do not stir. Simmer for 5 minutes until vinegar is cooked.
- Stir and then let it simmer for 3 minutes or until the chicken liver is cooked.
- Serve and enjoy!
