Sardines Spaghetti
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 3 gloves of minced garlic
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 2 cans of sardines in tomato sauce
- spaghetti noodles
Cooking Procedure:
- Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions.
- Open the can of sardines and mash the fish meat
- Heat the cooking pot and put in the olive oil.
- Saute garlic and onion
- Put in the sardines. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked spaghetti and toss until the noodles are well covered with sauce.
- Serve and enjoy!
