Ingredients:
- 1 lb mung beans (munggo)
- 1 piece beef cube (for flavoring)
- 1 tbsp. garlic,minced
- 1 medium onion,chopped
- 1 medium tomato,chopped
- 1/4 kilo chicken (cut into small pieces)
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/4 kilo fried dilis
- 1 cup spinach
- water
- pepper
Cooking Procedure:
- In a cooking pot, put-in the water and bring to a boil.
- Put-in the beef cube and Mung bean and simmer until the Mung Bean is soft enough (about 35 to 50 minutes)
- On a separate cooking pot, sauté the garlic, onion and tomato.
- Add the chicken and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Put-in the fish sauce and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Pour the cooked Mung beans and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the spinach, fried dilis and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes. Note: No need to add salt because fried dilis is already salty.
- Serve and enjoy!
