Sauteed Radish

Sauteed Radish

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  •  4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 medium size onion, chopped
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 kilo ground chicken
  • 3 medium size radish, cut into strips
  • 2 medium size carrots, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • salt &  pepper to taste

Cooking Procedure:
  1. Heat a cooking pot and put in the oil. 
  2. Sauté garlic, onion and tomato. 
  3. Add ground chicken. Stir fry for 3 minutes. 
  4. Add in patis and pepper and cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. Add the radish and carrots and cook for 5 to 8 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked.
  6. Correct saltiness if required
  7. Serve and enjoy!
