Sauteed Radish
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 medium size onion, chopped
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1/4 kilo ground chicken
- 3 medium size radish, cut into strips
- 2 medium size carrots, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- salt & pepper to taste
Cooking Procedure:
- Heat a cooking pot and put in the oil.
- Sauté garlic, onion and tomato.
- Add ground chicken. Stir fry for 3 minutes.
- Add in patis and pepper and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Add the radish and carrots and cook for 5 to 8 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked.
- Correct saltiness if required
- Serve and enjoy!
