Ingredients:
- 1 lb. fettuccine, cooked according to package instructions
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 4 pcs. ham
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 pack of all purpose cream
- 1 can of button mushroom
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- salt & pepper to taste
Cooking Procedure:
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions
- Heat a saucepan or cooking pot and saute garlic and onion in butter
- Add the ham and stir fry for 3 minutes.
- Add the button mushroom and let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the cream of mushroom and all purpose cream. Mix well.
- Add the cheddar cheese. Stir continuously until cheese melts and the texture of the mixture becomes fine.
- Season with salt and pepper
- Add the cooked fettuccine and toss until the noodles are well covered with sauce.
- Serve and enjoy!
